My name is Petar Djuric. I was born in Kotor, Montenegro, where I’ve finished elementary and high school. In 2003 I moved to Podgorica, where I’ve finished faculty, found job and stayed there until today.
During my career, I gained useful and practical experiences from a number of areas in computer engineering such as: maintenance and administration of various software and hardware solutions, maintenance and administration of various Windows, Linux and MAC OS systems, resolving problems in various software and hardware environments, designing and maintenance of SoHo LAN and VPN networks, research and consulting in hardware and software implementation for small companies, etc.
Currently I am working as Broadcast IT Administrator for the Montenegrin National Radio & Television. The areas I cover are administration and maintenance of a complete television and radio IP network, EVS Xedio tapeless broadcast system (that includes Play-out systems and workstations, NAS and SAN systems, Non-linear editing system and workstations, Archive tape media library system, live stream system etc.) and ORAD HDVG system.
Also, I have extensive experience in web design and development, front-end web development, SEO, social media marketing, Google Analytics, maintenance of web sites, Internet applications and web portals.
As a freelancer I have over 30 individual projects, active web sites and portals, made using various Content Management Systems, CSS, HTML, XML, PHP and Ruby on Rails techniques.
I am very friendly person, able to fit into the most diverse surroundings. Also I am a committed, hardworking and very responsible, always interested in professional development, learning new skills and competences. Beside that, I always like to take part in creative, dynamic, complex and interesting projects.
